As our first sales hire, you will play a pivotal role in establishing a scalable revenue engine, driving business growth, and shaping the future of our sales function.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the entire sales cycle, encompassing prospecting, qualification, consultation, proposal development, and closing deals.

Generate leads through outbound outreach channels, including email, LinkedIn, and cold calls.

Build and maintain a robust pipeline of mid-sized companies and startups.

Develop a deep understanding of client requirements and recommend suitable staffing models.

Collaborate closely with the delivery team to scope and price custom offerings.

Represent LatentHQ in client meetings and virtual engagements.

Monitor and report sales performance.

Assist in the creation of compelling sales materials, including emails, presentations, and case studies (with support).

Provide market insights and contribute to the refinement of sales playbooks and ideal customer profile strategies.

Required Qualifications

3–6 years of experience in outbound sales within IT services, staff augmentation, or technology consulting.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Experience in engaging with CTOs, Engineering Managers, or Procurement leaders.

Self-motivated and adaptable, thriving in ambiguity and taking ownership of responsibilities.

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience in Enterprise sales.

Background in building or supporting early-stage sales operations.
