TuringMedSchool is an EdTech platform dedicated to empowering international medical graduates through peer-to-peer learning, focusing on PLAB 2 exam preparation with tech-first tools, mock simulations, and AI tutors.

As a Founder’s Office Intern, you won’t just watch the journey - you’ll help drive it.

This is a high-impact internship designed for someone who wants to learn fast, take initiative, and see how an education startup grows from the inside.

**Role Description**:
1. Market & Audience Research
- Conduct market research on competitor platforms, PLAB trends, and student needs
- Analyze target audience behavior to refine user personas and guide content strategy
- Explore related sectors (USMLE, AMC, medtech) to uncover new opportunities

2. Content Writing & SEO
- Research and write SEO-optimized articles on topics like medical education, marketing, finance, and student strategy
- Format and publish content on blogs and social media with proper SEO labels and meta descriptions

3. Data Analysis
- Interpret user engagement data (mock test performance, video analytics, feedback forms)
- Identify patterns and generate insights to inform marketing and product strategy

4. Promotion & Community Engagement
- Help create promotional content (posts, captions, banners) for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp
- Assist in scheduling posts and running campaigns using social media tools
- Engage with students in WhatsApp groups and collect testimonials and feedback

5. Founder-Level Ops Support
- Organize internal docs, track progress on Notion or Google Sheets
- Coordinate with freelancers or part-time contributors on content/tasks
- Help with mini research tasks or investor-facing docs if required

**Qualifications**:

- Highly organized, curious, and a **self-starter.**:

- Strong written English (bonus if you’ve written blogs or social content before)
- Attention to detail, and basic content sense.
- Quick learner who’s comfortable juggling multiple tasks.
- Interest in startups, medical education, or operations (bonus).
- Familiarity with tools like Google Sheets, Notion, davinci resolve is a big plus.
- No medical background required - but a willingness to learn about PLAB 2 and support our doctor users is essential.

**Compensation**:

- ₹5,000-₹15,000/month stipend (based on experience and performance).
- Flexible remote working (must be available ~6-8 hrs/day).
- Internship certificate + Letter of recommendation.
- Potential performance bonus at 3 months.
