**About Us**:
Packin Club is a sustainable packaging brand dedicated to making the world plastic-free. As a Founder Executive Intern, you’ll work closely with the founders, gaining firsthand exposure to building and scaling a business while contributing to impactful initiatives in sustainability.

**Role Overview**:
This dynamic role offers a unique opportunity to work directly with the founders, assisting in various strategic and operational tasks. You will gain a comprehensive understanding of running a business while contributing to the company’s growth and mission.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist the founders in daily operations, including planning, scheduling, and executing key tasks.
- Conduct research and provide insights to support decision-making in business development, marketing, and operations.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth coordination and execution of projects.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage and organize meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
- Identify opportunities for improvement in processes and suggest innovative solutions.
- Act as a liaison between the founders and team members to ensure clear communication and timely follow-ups.
- Handle ad-hoc tasks, including market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and event coordination.
- Represent the founders in professional interactions with clients, vendors, and partners when required.

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with an eye for detail.
- Eager to learn about entrepreneurship, business operations, and sustainability.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other relevant tools.

Note : This internship gives you an opportunity to work in a startup and build your resume strong and learn a lot of thing by doing. we are looking for intern who work dedicately, passionately on this project with us.

You should be very responsible and dedicated towards role and your key objective should be learning.

we will give you a renumeration of rupees of 5000/- after completion of the internship after 4 month and if you perfrom well, we will offer you a permanent Job.

This Internship also gives you flexibility of working hybrid as per the requirement.
