**About the Role**

As a Founder’s Associate Intern, you’ll work directly with the founding team across a wide range of high-impact and day-to-day tasks. This is a generalist role built for someone who thrives in ambiguity, adapts quickly, and is hungry to learn by doing. No task is too big or small — from researching new market opportunities to taking meeting notes, your support helps drive momentum.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone from a Tier-1 college or top-performing academic/professional background looking to understand how startups are built from the ground up.

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Shadow and support the founders in day-to-day operations, meetings, and strategic projects
- Assist in research, analysis, and documentation for business decisions, decks, or pitches
- Take ownership of ad-hoc tasks that span operations, hiring, marketing, partnerships, product support
- Help in scheduling, coordination, and follow-ups with internal and external stakeholders
- Prepare internal documents, summaries, and reports with attention to detail
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
- Be the go-to problem solver for anything that arises — no job too small
- Bring energy, curiosity, and execution to ambiguous challenges

- Previous startup exposure is a plus, but not mandatory
