**About the role**:
**Roles and responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the product team on documentation, process improvement, and execution of key tasks.
- Aid in filling forms, data entry, and other administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations within the Founder’s Office.
- Conduct research and compile insights to support product and business initiatives
- Participate in product testing, providing feedback on usability, design, and functionality
- Work with the product team to create and maintain documentation, including feature specs and process guides

**Qualifications**:

- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in any field; a tech or business background is preferred but not essential.
- Strong writing and communication skills, with experience in content creation or documentation.
- Detail-oriented, organized, adaptable, and eager to learn.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
- A strong understanding of product management principles and methodologies, as well as experience with agile methodologies
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Experience with product research and analytics tools such as user surveys, competitive analysis, and A/B testing
- A passion for mental health, healthcare, and technology

Stipend: 10k-12k per month

Working hours: Full-time (Mon-Sat)

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
