**Marketing Intern (Paid Internship)**

As we expand, we’re looking for a motivated **Marketing Intern** to strengthen our brand presence and support growth initiatives.

**What You’ll Do**

As a Digital Marketing Intern, you’ll gain hands-on experience in growth-focused marketing strategies. Your key responsibilities will include:

- **Content Creation**: Designing engaging posts, blogs, reels, and creatives for LinkedIn and other platforms.
- **Social Media Management**: Posting consistently, managing brand pages, and improving online visibility.
- **Campaign Support**: Assisting in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.
- **Market Research**: Conducting competitor analysis and gathering insights to strengthen campaigns.
- **Lead Generation**: Supporting outreach and business development initiatives through online platforms.
- **Collaboration**: Working closely with the founder/team to brainstorm and execute new growth ideas.
- **Performance Tracking**: Monitoring campaign results and preparing reports.
- **Ad Hoc Support**: Assisting with marketing and business development tasks as needed.

**What We’re Looking For**

We’re seeking someone who is:

- Enthusiastic about marketing, branding, and content creation.
- Strong in written and verbal communication.
- Familiar with tools like Canva, Google Workspace, and LinkedIn.
- Creative, curious, and proactive with problem-solving skills.
- Able to commit **minimum** **5 hours daily** while working independently.
- Excited to learn and grow in a **fast-paced startup environment.**
