About the Role

This isn’t a regular role.
And we’re not looking for a regular hire.

At **Parikshak.ai**, we’re building an AI-native hiring engine that helps startups and fast-growing teams go from _prompt to hire_ in days, not weeks. It’s early, messy, and fast — which means we’re looking for people who can think, build, adapt, and lead from chaos.

This role sits at the **Founder's Office** — a high-context, high-trust function designed for those who want to learn how a company is built from the ground up. You'll work across functions: marketing, product, hiring, operations, partnerships, and whatever else the week throws at us.

You’ll get access to conversations and decisions most people don’t see until much later in their careers. In return, we expect speed, initiative, and curiosity you don’t need to be spoon-fed.

What You’ll Own

(And this will evolve. Rapidly.)
- Solve zero-to-one problems across **ops, hiring, GTM, product, and growth**:

- Lead research and execution for **special projects** (competitor deep dives, feature launch plans, customer intel)
- Write content, decks, outreach messages, and internal notes that drive clarity and action
- Support the founder team in **day-to-day decision-making and follow-through**:

- Help manage investor and partner conversations, pipelines, and documents
- Be the right hand when something new drops and we need it done _yesterday_
