Through a combination of ancient spiritual wisdom and modern systems, we offer healing programs, workshops, and 1:1 sessions rooted in energy healing and karmic alignment.

We are now looking for a **strategic growth partner** to help scale this mission to global impact.

Role Overview

As the **Chief Growth & Execution Officer (CGEO)**, you are the founder’s strategic force-multiplier. You will lead execution across the business—driving marketing funnels, building automation systems, ensuring delivery, and scaling revenue. This is a hybrid role combining strategic leadership, project execution, and technical implementation, ideal for someone who thrives in founder-led, fast-paced environments.

**Key Responsibilities**

1. **Founder Enablement & Operational Execution**
- Act as the strategic right hand to the Founder
- Prioritize and manage Founder’s time, meetings & core initiatives
- Run team stand-ups, weekly reviews, sprints, and dashboards
- Lead execution of key launches (KHPP, Life360, 1:1 programs, etc.)
- Maintain SOPs, accountability trackers, and team performance systems

2. **Strategy, Funnels & Revenue Growth**
- Architect high-converting funnels, lead magnets, and customer journeys
- Co-create offers, pricing, positioning, and launch strategies
- Drive GTM (Go-To-Market) planning and post-launch optimizations
- Monitor KPIs: CAC, LTV, ROI, conversion rates
- Optimize end-to-end client journey: from lead to repeat buyer

3. **Tech, Automations & Systems**
- Own and manage backend systems: DoubleTick, GHL, Notion, Zoho, etc.
- Build & optimize:

- Lead capture & nurturing flows
- CRM workflows, onboarding automations, dashboards
- Sales pipelines, booking forms, logic-based workflows
- Troubleshoot tech issues and coordinate with freelancers/devs

**Educational Qualifications (preferred)**:
**Bachelor’s or Master’s in**:

- Business Administration / Marketing / Entrepreneurship
- Engineering / IT / Systems Management
- Psychology or Spiritual Studies (with strong technical skills)

**Experience**:

- 5-10 years in fast-scaling startups or founder-led brands
- Held roles such as: Chief of Staff, Head of Growth, Tech Project Manager
- Strong grip on growth strategy, systems thinking, and execution
- Bonus: Experience in wellness, coaching, or spirituality-based brands
