for contacting customers and responding to their complaints in a professional

**Responsibilities**:

- Understanding the products and services provided by the company.
- Resolving customer complaints and queries.
- Providing detailed information to customers.
- Confirming COD orders by calling the customer
- Processing D2C orders for the company.
- Co-ordinating with logistics partners for the order fulfillment.
- Co-ordinating with warehouse for proper despatches.
- Taking feedback from the customers.
- Managing Ndr’s, And Pendency of orders.
- Taking Follow ups for Deliveries.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Hindi (preferred)
- English (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Bodakdev, Ahmedabad, Gujarat (required)

Ability to Relocate:
