Plan and schedule the Domestic and Export shipment of goods based on production schedules and customer requirements.
- Liaise with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and shipping lines to ensure timely and cost-effective transportation.
- Ensure proper loading, unloading, and storage of goods at delivery points.
- Optimize shipping routes and costs to improve efficiency and reduce expenses.
- Prepare and manage export documentation such as Bills of Lading, Commercial Invoices, Certificates of Origin, Packing Lists, and export licenses.
- Ensure compliance with domestic and international shipping regulations.
- Liaise with customs authorities and regulatory bodies for smooth clearance of goods.
- Track shipments and provide real-time updates to internal teams and customers.
- Maintain accurate records of all shipments, including costs, delays, and discrepancies.
- Generate reports on shipping performance, costs, and delivery timelines for management review.
- Maintain strong relationships with transporters, shipping agents, and freight forwarders.
- Address customer inquiries regarding shipment status and delivery schedules.
- Resolve issues related to damaged or delayed shipments.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in shipping, logistics, or dispatch, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of shipping documentation, freight management, and customs regulations.
- Proficiency in software systems.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple shipments simultaneously.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Coordinate with logistics/ CHA - check list/ Shipping bill / bill of lading, shipping labels, packing lists, and export paperwork.
- Understanding of export regulations and customs procedures for international shipping.
- Problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve logístical challenges quickly.
- Maintain records of all outgoing shipments for auditing and inventory purposes.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
