**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to manage our packaging and shipping processes, coordinate order fulfillment through our website, and collect products from our offline shop as well as from the market. A company vehicle will be provided for order collection and deliveries as required.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Order Fulfillment**:

- Process online orders received via the website.
- Pick and pack products accurately and securely for dispatch.
- Generate and print shipping labels and documentation.
- **Packaging**:

- Ensure all products are properly packaged to prevent damage during transit.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the packing area.
- **Shipping Coordination**:

- Coordinate with courier partners for timely pickups and deliveries.
- Track shipments and update order statuses.
- **Offline Order Management**:

- Collect products from the offline shop and designated suppliers or markets.
- Maintain proper records of collections and deliveries.
- **Inventory Support**:

- Assist in stock checks and inventory updates as required.
- Report low stock levels to the management team.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in packaging, logistics, e-commerce fulfillment, or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
- Basic computer skills to manage orders and print labels.
- Ability to lift and move packages as needed.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Valid driving license (vehicle will be provided).
- Reliability and punctuality are essential.
