- Identify potential markets for expansion by analyzing market trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscapes.
- Create and implement strategies for entering new markets, including pricing, positioning, and distribution channels.
- Must Have knowledge of the aseptic market in exports, well-versed in the latest trends, regulations, and technological advancements to effectively navigate and capitalize on international trade opportunities
- Must have experience in CHA coordination
- Must have experience in export documentation, including proficiency in preparing and managing essential paperwork such as invoices, certificates of origin, and customs declarations to ensure smooth international transactions
- Must have the knowledge of Aseptic dealer and clients, should have strong network of International traders & commodity broker
- Ensure that products meet the export regulations and standards of the destination countries, including food safety, labeling, and packaging requirements.
- Prepare and manage export documentation such as certificates of origin, phytosanitary certificates, and import licenses.
- Oversee the logistics of shipping products, including selecting transportation methods, managing shipping schedules, and ensuring timely delivery.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production to align supply with demand in international markets.
- Establish and maintain relationships with international distributors, agents, and customers.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Develop marketing materials and promotional strategies tailored to international markets.
- Negotiate terms of sale, including prices, payment terms, and delivery conditions with foreign buyers.
- Develop and manage the export budget, including forecasting revenue and controlling costs.
- Assess and manage financial risks associated with currency fluctuations, payment defaults, and other factors.
