Roles and Responsibilities

The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all activities related to the efficient operation of a warehouse facility. This includes managing inventory, ensuring proper storage and organization of goods, supervising staff, implementing safety protocols, and optimizing logistics and distribution processes. The Warehouse Manager plays a critical role in maintaining a smooth flow of goods, meeting customer demands, and maximizing operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

· Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels to meet customer demands.

· Implement inventory control procedures, including receiving, storage, and tracking of goods.

· Organize and optimize warehouse layout to facilitate easy access and efficient movement of goods.

· Oversee the receipt, inspection, and storage of incoming materials and products.

· Coordinate and execute order picking, packing, and shipping processes.

· Coordinate transportation activities, including scheduling and routing of deliveries.

· Collaborate with logistics providers and carriers to optimize transportation costs and service levels.

· Conduct regular safety inspections and implement corrective measures as needed.

· Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to warehousing, transportation, and occupational safety.

· Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.

· Implement best practices to enhance warehouse efficiency and productivity.

· Utilize technology and warehouse management systems to streamline operations and data analysis.

· Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports on warehouse performance.

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree is Preffered.

· Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar role.

· Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics processes.

· Familiarity with warehouse management systems and software.

· Excellent leadership and team management skills.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

· Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

· Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.

· Knowledge of safety regulations and practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹30,000.00 per year
