**Shipping & Operations Executive**
**Location**: Sector 135, Noida
**Employment Type**: Full-Time (On-site Role)
**Salary**: ₹60,000 - ₹70,000 per month
**Working Days**: Monday to Friday

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Seek quotations for sea freight and book containers from international freight forwarders and shipping lines.
- Manage trucking and the stuffing of containers efficiently to meet deadlines.
- Track export cargo shipments and ensure containers are loaded onto planned vessels as per schedules.
- Coordinate with CFS (Container Freight Station) for the placement of empty containers, stuffing, and timely movement of loaded containers to the port before cutoff dates.
- Liaise with customs, clearing, and freight forwarding agents to ensure smooth and timely operations.
- Process and verify bills related to shipping, logistics, and freight.
- Oversee trucking operations to ensure efficient movement of goods.
- Maintain fluency in both written and spoken English for effective coordination and communication with stakeholders.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Proven experience in shipping, logistics, or freight operations.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with logistics management software is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external teams.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
