**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Shipment Coordination**:

- Arrange and manage domestic shipments.
- Coordinate with carriers, freight forwarders, and shipping agents.
- Prepare shipping documents such as bills of lading, invoices, and packing lists.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure timely reordering.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to track stock levels and order status.
- **Compliance and Documentation**:

- Ensure all shipments comply with international, federal, and local regulations.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of shipping documents.
- Handle customs clearance and coordinate with customs agents.
- **Customer Communication**:

- Communicate with clients regarding shipping schedules and any delays.
- Provide updates on shipment status and resolve any shipping-related issues.
- **Cost Management**:

- Negotiate freight rates and shipping costs with carriers.
- Optimize shipping routes to reduce costs and improve delivery times.
- **Vendor and Supplier Management**:

- Liaise with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Resolve any discrepancies or issues with shipments.
- **Performance Monitoring**:

- Track and analyze shipping metrics such as delivery times and costs.
- Report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to management.
- **Problem Resolution**:

- Address and resolve issues related to shipping delays, damages, or discrepancies.
- Implement corrective actions to prevent recurring issues.

Pay: ₹12,186.08 - ₹30,000.00 per month
