**Job Title**: Shipment Expert (U.S. Shipping Companies Experience Only)
**Location**: Noida 62
**Shift**: Night Shift (U.S. Timezone)
**Salary**: Up to ₹35,000 In-Hand
**Experience Required**: 1-3 years (U.S. shipping companies only)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the full cycle of shipment processes including booking, documentation, dispatch, and delivery confirmation.
- Coordinate with U.S.based freight carriers, brokers, and clients for shipment planning and execution.
- Track shipments in real-time and proactively handle delays, exceptions, or reroutes.
- Ensure compliance with U.S. customs regulations and shipping documentation requirements.
- Maintain shipment logs, update internal systems, and ensure accuracy of records.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with U.S. stakeholders during working hours in the U.S. time zone.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience handling shipments with U.S.based shipping or logistics companies.
- Strong understanding of U.S. shipping methods including LTL, FTL, and international freight.
- Familiarity with logistics software, TMS, and carrier portals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently during night shifts and handle multiple shipments simultaneously.
