We’re looking for an experienced B2B sales professional (5-7+ years) to drive new business through cold calling, lead generation, and deal conversion. This role involves full-cycle sales—from prospecting to negotiation and closing—along with managing and mentoring a small sales team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Generate and qualify leads via cold outreach
- Manage full sales cycle: pitch, negotiate, close deals
- Lead sales strategy and execution to hit revenue goals
- Oversee and support a team of sales reps
- Maintain CRM accuracy and report on performance

**Requirements**:

- 5-7+ years in B2B sales with proven deal-closing success
- Strong cold calling and negotiation skills
- Team leadership experience
- Excellent communication and CRM proficiency

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
