**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Document Management**: Organize, structure, and maintain critical company documents, including onboarding instructions, playbooks, and standard operating procedures, ensuring proper version control and easy access.
- **Marketing Support**: Assist with content creation, outreach efforts, and marketing campaigns, contributing to social media engagement and lead-generation initiatives.
- **General Administrative Support**: Provide flexible operational support across various tasks to enhance team efficiency and productivity, including research and cross-functional communication.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- **Exceptional Organizational Skills**: Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- **Recruiting Experience**: Familiarity with hiring workflows, job boards, and applicant tracking tools (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever).
- **Document Management Expertise**: Proficiency in organizing and formatting documents using tools like Google Drive, Google Docs, and spreadsheets.
- **Marketing Support Knowledge**: Experience in supporting outreach efforts, social media, or content coordination is a plus.
- **Excellent Communication Skills**: Strong written and verbal communication, with attention to detail and the ability to maintain professionalism in all communications.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Comfortable using a variety of productivity tools (Google Workspace, Asana, Slack, Zoom) and learning new software to improve team operations.

**Preferred Experience**
- revious experience as an executive assistant, personal assistant, HR coordinator, or marketing assistant in a tech startup or fast-paced environment.
- Experience working remotely or in a distributed team.
- Familiarity with SaaS products or product development cycles is a plus.
