We are currently looking for a talented and customer-oriented Guest Relationship Executive to join our team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the restaurant
- Handle guest reservations and manage the waiting list
- Provide accurate information regarding the menu, brewery, and events
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and concerns professionally
- Coordinate with the service and operations team to ensure a smooth dining experience
- Build strong guest relationships to encourage repeat visits
- Maintain a professional and welcoming front-of-house environment

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 to 5 year of experience in a similar role (hospitality or F&B industry preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Well-groomed and professional appearance
- Friendly, confident, and guest-focused attitude
- Basic computer skills for reservation and POS systems
