Position: Guest Relationship Manager

We are on the lookout for an energetic, people-first professional who can be the face of Artisanal Bier Village. The Guest Relationship Manager will be responsible for creating a warm, welcoming, and personalized experience for all our guests, ensuring every visit becomes a cherished memory.

This is more than a front-facing role—it's about creating real connections, solving problems before they occur, and elevating the guest journey from good to unforgettable.

Job Responsibilities

  • Welcome and interact with guests in a warm, professional, and approachable manner
  • Act as the key point of contact for all guest needs, feedback, and requests
  • Ensure smooth guest flow and seating coordination with the host and service teams
  • Manage and confirm table reservations, walk-ins, and VIP bookings
  • Resolve guest complaints with empathy and swift problem-solving
  • Work closely with operations, kitchen, and events teams to ensure service excellence
  • Maintain daily guest logs and prepare feedback reports for management
  • Proactively promote the brand's offerings, events, and special experiences
  • Support social media and digital engagement efforts when required (guest check-ins, promotions, etc.)
  • Maintain high standards of hospitality, grooming, and brand representation at all times

What We're Looking For

  • A genuine passion for hospitality and customer delight
  • 2-5 years of experience in a hospitality, F&B, or customer-facing role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, high-energy environment
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus)
  • Immediate joiners preferred
