Job Summary:

The Restaurant Stewardess is the first point of contact for guests. She is responsible for welcoming guests, managing table assignments, and supporting the front-of-house team to ensure an excellent dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Reception:
  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival and make them feel welcome.
  • Manage waiting lists and reservations effectively.
  • Escort guests to their tables and present menus.
  • Reservation & Seating Management:
  • Maintain a clean and organized host/hostess station.
  • Coordinate table turnover with waitstaff to ensure efficient service.
  • Maintain accurate reservation records and communicate guest preferences.
  • Customer Service:
  • Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally.
  • Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in throughout the dining experience.
  • Provide information about menu items and restaurant specials when needed.
  • Support Tasks:
  • Assist with setting and clearing tables when required.
  • Support the service team during busy periods.
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the dining area.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in verbal communication (English; additional languages are a plus).
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12, ₹20,000.00 per month
