**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Welcome and engage walk-in customers at the site office
- Understand customer requirements and explain property/project details
- Schedule and follow up on site visits
- Maintain a record of daily walk-ins, inquiries, and feedback
- Coordinate with the sales/CRM team for lead updates
- Ensure a positive and professional customer experience

**Requirements**:

- 0 to 2 years of experience (real estate industry preferred)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of real estate sales process
- Ability to handle customer queries with confidence and clarity
- Proficient in Kannada and English (Hindi is a plus)
