**Position: Virtual Guest Relation Executive**

1.**Virtual Guest Service**: Attending Guest Check-In and Check-out Virtually from Head office for multiple Olive Properties. Also, attending Guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally. This may include providing information about property or services, assisting with Room booking (walk-in) placement or tracking, resolving issues, troubleshooting technical problems, and addressing any other concerns the Guest may have.

2. **Communication**:Communicate effectively and empathetically with Guest to understand their needs and concerns. Use clear and concise language to provide helpful and accurate information, and ensure that customers feel heard and valued by Virtual Call.

4. **Product Knowledge**: Develop a deep understanding of the company's products or services, as well as relevant policies, procedures, and systems. Use this knowledge to provide accurate information to Guest, make personalized recommendations, and effectively troubleshoot problems.

5. **Team Collaboration**: Collaborate with colleagues, supervisors, and other teams within the organization to share information, coordinate responses, and resolve complex issues. Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment by sharing knowledge, providing assistance, and offering constructive feedback.

6. **Adaptability**: Adapt to changes in work, Guest needs, technology, Virtual Assistance or company policies with flexibility and resilience. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, new products or services, and changes in Guest preferences to continuously improve performance and exceed Guest expectations.

Overall, Virtual Receptionist/Representatives play a crucial role in delivering exceptional Guest service experiences and building positive relationships with Guest in a virtual or remote work environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
