Job Tittle: Guest Relation Executive
- Real Estate (Freshers to 2 Years Experience)

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Guest Relations Executive (GRE) to join our growing real estate mandate Company. This role is ideal for freshers or those with up to 2 years of experience in Front desk or GRE, with a focus on contact for all guest-related matters, ensuring their stay is comfortable, memorable, and exceeds expectations.

Job Description:
Client Engagement: Welcome clients, conduct property tours, and understand their requirements to recommend suitable properties.

Customer Relationship Management: Build strong client relationships through regular communication and feedback collection.

Coordination and Support: Schedule appointments, assist with documentation, and ensure smooth transaction processes.

Complaint Resolution: Handle client concerns professionally and ensure timely resolutions.

Marketing Support: Represent the company at events and align guest experiences with marketing campaigns.

Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality, real estate, or a related field preferred.

Experience: fresheres to 2 years of experience in guest relations, real estate sales, or customer service.

**Skills**:Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.

Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Multilingual ability is a plus.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Willingness to travel:

- 100% (preferred)
