Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a female guest relations executive.

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Receptionist duties experience Clerical skills such as data entry and filing
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Providing prompt assistance with reservations, inquiries, and requests.
- Conduct guided tours of our resort facilities for prospective clients, highlighting key amenities, accommodations, and activities.
- Tailor tours to each client's preferences and interests to effectively showcase the value of our offerings.
- Build rapport with guests, actively listen to their needs and preferences, and offer personalized recommendations to enhance their experience.
- Effectively communicate the benefits of our resort's features and services to encourage bookings and upsells.
- Utilize persuasive selling techniques and product knowledge to convert inquiries into confirmed bookings and sales.
- Follow up with potential clients to address any concerns or questions and facilitate the booking process.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as maintaining guest records, processing reservations, and managing inventory of promotional materials.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of sales activities and client interactions.

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 per month
