Job Description: Guest Relations Executive
Position Title: Guest Relations Executive
Department: Customer Service/Hospitality
Work Location: Hosa Road
Employment Type: Full-Time
**Key Responsibilities**
1. Warmly welcome guests upon arrival and ensure a smooth health check process.
2. Respond promptly to guest inquiries, concerns, and requests, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
3. Handle and resolve guest complaints in a professional and efficient manner, escalating issues when necessary.
4. Provide guests with information about the health check process, including dining recommendations, activities, and transportation options.
5. Coordinate with other departments (housekeeping, maintenance, nursing etc.) to meet guest needs and ensure seamless service delivery.
6. Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, complaints, and services provided.
7. Identify and provide personalized services for VIP guests, ensuring their unique preferences and needs are met.
8. Gather and relay guest feedback to relevant departments to improve service quality.
9. Ensure the safety and security of guests by following established protocols and procedures.
10. Perform various administrative duties such as documents filing, data entry, and managing guest correspondence.
**Qualification**
1. High school diploma or equivalent or a degree in hospitality management is preferred.
2. Previous experience in customer service or hospitality roles is essential.
**Skills**:
1. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
2. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
3. Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations with professionalism.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hospitality management software.
5. Proficiency in English is mandatorily required.
6. Well-groomed and presentable at all times.
7. Friendly and welcoming demeanor.
8. High level of patience and empathy.
9. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
**Working Conditions**
1. This role typically involves working in a hospital setting.
2. The Guest Relations Executive may need to stand or walk for extended periods.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 per month
