**Job Summary**:
The Guest Relations Executive will be responsible for delivering a high-quality client experience, ensuring seamless front desk management, and maintaining operational excellence. The role involves greeting guests, managing office facilities, assisting with client needs, and supporting the sales team with site visits.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Front Desk Management**: Greet guests, handle inquiries, and ensure adherence to guest policies.
- **Client Engagement**: Anticipate and address client needs, providing personalized experiences.
- **Building Operations**: Conduct daily walkthroughs, oversee conference room bookings, and maintain facility standards.
- **Guest Experience**: Serve as the first and last point of contact, ensuring a smooth visitor experience.
- **Support Functions**: Assist with events, cafeteria management, and operational initiatives.

**Key Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency in English (additional language is a plus)
- Familiarity with hospitality standards and client engagement
- Organizational and time-management skills
- Computer literacy

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
