Guest Relation Executive

Job Summary:
We seek a warm and welcoming Female Guest Relation Executive to ensure a seamless and spiritual experience for devotees and visitors at our temple.
Key Responsibilities:
Guest Services: Female Executive
1. Greet and assist devotees, tourists, and special guests.
2. Provide information on temple history, rituals, and events.
3. Manage queries, concerns, and feedback.
Temple Operations:
1. Coordinate with priests, staff, and volunteers.
2. Ensure seamless darshan (worship) and ceremony processes.
3. Maintain temple cleanliness and ambiance.
Hospitality:
1. Arrange accommodations, food, and transportation for guests.
2. Organize special events, ceremonies, and cultural programs.
3. Foster a welcoming atmosphere.
**Requirements**:
1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Ability to work in a spiritual environment.
3. Basic knowledge of Hinduism/temple customs.
4. Fluency in local languages (and English).
5. 1-2 years of experience in hospitality/customer service.
Desirable Qualifications:
1. Knowledge of temple management/operations.
2. Experience in event management.
3. Familiarity with local culture/customs.
Work Schedule:
1. Flexible shifts (5 hours in week days evening, weekends-Sat,Sun,Mon-10hrs)
2. Ability to work on festivals and special events.
**Salary**: 15k to 20k plus incentives
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
Supplemental Pay:
- Performance bonus
**Experience**:
- total work: 2 years (preferred)
