**Job Summary**:
The Guest Relations Executive will be the face of The Majesstine Sports, ensuring a welcoming and engaging experience for all visitors and members. This role involves managing front desk operations, handling member interactions, and supporting day-to-day coordination to maintain high service standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist guests, members, and visitors in a warm and professional manner.
- Manage check-ins, registrations, and inquiries related to sports facilities, memberships, and events.
- Maintain a positive environment by addressing guest concerns promptly and effectively.
- Coordinate with operations, coaching, and facility management teams to ensure smooth guest experiences.
- Support in maintaining updated member databases and daily activity records.
- Ensure the reception and common areas are organized, clean, and welcoming.
- Assist in executing promotional activities, tournaments, and member engagement programs.
- Collect feedback and share insights to help enhance guest satisfaction.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
