
Guest Relation Executive

**Job Summary**:
The Guest Relations Executive is responsible for delivering an exceptional dining experience by greeting, assisting, and attending to guests’ needs with professionalism and warmth. This role ensures that all guests feel welcome, comfortable, and valued throughout their visit.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and escort them to their tables.
- Manage reservations and waitlists using restaurant booking systems.
- Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Maintain a strong presence on the restaurant floor to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Collect and relay guest feedback to the management team.
- Assist in the development and implementation of guest service standards.
- Promote loyalty programs, special events, and promotions to guests.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
- Handle VIP and repeat guest recognition with personalized service.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in a guest service or hospitality role, preferably in a restaurant.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Well-groomed appearance and professional demeanor.
- Ability to handle pressure and resolve guest issues calmly.
- Familiarity with reservation and POS systems is a plus.
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or customer service training is a plus.

- Friendly, outgoing, and enthusiastic attitude.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills.
- Team player with a positive approach to customer interaction.
Pay: ₹10,489.61 - ₹25,000.00 per month
