**JOB TITLE : Customer Support executive**
**Organization - IIMB Club at Taj West End, Bengaluru.**
This individual is responsible for providing admin support to Member’s & their guest, Handling Front Desk for queries, reservations, attending telephone calls.
**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Assume receptionist duties, greet, meet and accommodate guests to appropriate service.
- Assist staffs with administrative & facilitate duties as per SOP’s
- Oversee database member management for quality service assurance.
- Handling queries & feedback of member’s & their guests.
- Maintain accurate daily accounting & records.
- Maintain front desk area, club facilities up keeping it clean and free from clutter.
- Maintain office and monitor inventory.
- Update Reports and office data
**REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS**
- 10th plus 12th or equivalent, Airlines or Hotel Management
- Fresher also encouraged.
**Skills & Personal Attributes**:
- Be honest and trustworthy & demonstrate sound work ethics respectfully
- Be flexible on working hours
- Verbal and listening skills with Ability to speak the local language
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office software (Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint) Basic Typing skills
- Proficiency in Computers Knowledge of general office Equipment’s - Computer, Printer and Telephone system.
