**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
- Develop and manage social media strategies and content calendars across platforms
- Perform on-page and off-page SEO to improve website rankings and traffic
- Track, analyze, and report campaign performance and ROI using tools like Google Analytics
- Optimize ads, landing pages, and keyword strategies based on performance insights
- Collaborate with designers and content creators to produce high-performing creatives
- Stay updated with the latest trends and algorithm changes in digital marketing
- Identify new growth opportunities and recommend strategic improvements
- Must have strong skill to generate leads through digital marketing.

**Skills Required**:

- Proven experience in managing paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
- Strong knowledge of Social Media Marketing (SMM) and SEO best practices
- Hands-on experience with tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, and relevant ad platforms
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and optimize campaign performance
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Creativity, attention to detail, and a results-driven mindset
- Team player with a proactive attitude

**Qualifications**:

- Must have 2+ years of digital marketing experience in an agency or performance-driven environment.
- Must be passionate about digital growth, data, and creative marketing.
- Should handle multiple campaigns with efficiency to generate leads through digital marketing.
- You’re eager to learn and grow with a high-energy creative team.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
