Job Summary:
Join our digital marketing agency as a Performance Marketer, where you’ll create and manage ad campaigns to boost client visibility and engagement. You’ll work across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, and LinkedIn to drive results and maximize ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and manage PPC and social media ad campaigns for clients.
- Analyze campaign data, track performance, and suggest improvements.
- Work closely with clients to understand goals and update on progress.
- Conduct A/B tests on ads and landing pages to improve conversions.
- Manage campaign budgets to ensure high ROI.
- Support SEO and SEM efforts for better organic traffic.

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years of performance marketing experience, ideally in an agency.
- Proficient in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Analytics.
- Strong data analysis skills and a results-focused mindset.

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
