**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Acquisition**:

- Identify and meet with associations of residential apartments, gated communities, and real estate builders to pitch PMS solutions.
- Build a robust pipeline of prospective clients and convert leads into long-term partnerships.
- **Business Development**:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand the PMS portfolio.
- Present customized PMS proposals based on client needs, highlighting key benefits such as operational efficiency, cost optimization, and service excellence.
- **Relationship Management**:

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with apartment associations, resident welfare committees, and real estate developers.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients to address queries, resolve issues, and provide ongoing support.
- **Market Analysis**:

- Conduct regular market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities in the PMS space.
- Provide insights and feedback to the leadership team for refining service offerings.
- **Sales Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client meetings, and deal closures.
- Prepare and present sales performance reports periodically to management.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional campaigns targeted at residential associations and builders.

**Key Requirements**:

- **Experience**: 2-5 years in sales, business development, or client management, preferably in real estate or facility management industries.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong networking abilities and relationship management.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- **Knowledge**: Familiarity with property management services, residential association operations, and builder requirements.
- **Personal Traits**: Target-driven, self-motivated, and adept at handling multiple clients simultaneously.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree or a related field.
