**Job Title**: Business Development Executive (IT) (Preferably Male)

**Location**: Kondapur, Hyderabad, Telangana

**Job Type**: Full-time
**Salary**: ₹15,000 per month + Incentives
**Language Proficiency**: Telugu and English (required)
**Work Location**: In-person

**Key Responsibilities**
- Generate and pursue leads through direct sales, cold calls, and networking.
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
- Develop and present customized IT solutions to potential clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement effective promotional campaigns.
- Keep abreast of market trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and business KPIs.
- Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities to the management.

**Key Requirements**
- **Experience**: 1+ years in business development or sales, preferably in the IT industry.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to quickly understand IT products and solutions.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and a team player.
- **Travel**: Willingness to travel for client meetings (up to 75%).
- **Language**: Fluency in Telugu and English is mandatory.
