**Summary of Job**
- To thouroughly understand the RFP's, queries, coordinate with CFT and prepare competitive quote & proposal and provide the requested information with the objective of converting the opportunities (RFP's/QIFs) into business.
**Key Responsibilities**
**RFP Response**
- Study the technical package (QIF/RFX) and understand the customer requirements and Organise the meeting with CFT once RFP/QIF is floated and align all the CFT members about the customer requirement and if any query persist then the same need to be clarified with customer through respective BD member.
- Evaluate the RM costing, technical/commercial feasibility; compare with the market price; prepare the quote and conduct the review meeting for final pricing with CTFs and senior members.
- Preparation and submission of business proposal to BD which will be consisting of Process Chemistry, Manufacturing strategy, Terms, and conditions.
**MIS and Reports**
- To track result of the RFPs and compile the MIS with relevant information and submit the reports to appraise the senior management and stake holders.
**Database management**
- Proper archival of all RFP related information and supporting documents in the share drive.
**Kick off meetings & coordinating for project code creation**
Handing over the evaluation/proposal details and other related information to Project execution team on award of project. On receipt of PO from client coordinate with Finance team & CFT for project code creation.
**Qualification**
- MSc (Chemistry)/ B.Tech (Chemical)/ M.Tech (Chemical), MBA is added advantage
**Experience**
- 3 to 6 years
