We are seeking motivated and dynamic individuals to join our team as customer service executives for our voice process operations. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who possess excellent communication skills in English and are eager to start their careers in a dynamic and supportive environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively via voice calls.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service.
- Update customer information accurately in the database.
- Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to ensure the highest quality of service.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring all interactions comply with company standards and values.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Basic analytical skills.
- Ability to join immediately.
- Flexibility to work rotational night shifts.
- B.Tech freshers without experience are not eligible for this role.

**Additional Information**:

- The position is based in Gurgaon.
- The role includes rotational night shifts with a rotational week off.
- Salary: Freshers (₹21,000 in hand), Experienced (₹35,000 in hand).
- Perks include incentives, the Provident Fund (PF), and Mediclaim.

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
