**Job Title: Trade Sales Executive - Adhesives, Cement, Plaster, Tile Concrete**
**Location: Pune**
**CTC: 4-5 LPA**
**Experience: 3-5 years**
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Trade Sales Executive to join our team. This role
involves promoting and selling adhesives, cement, plaster, and tile concrete products to dealers, distributors,
excellent product knowledge, and the ability to establish and maintain relationships with key business accounts.
**Responsibilities**:
- Sales Development: Generate new business by identifying and targeting potential dealers, distributors, and
business clients in the construction industry.
- Product Promotion: Promote and sell adhesives, cement, plaster, and tile concrete products to trade
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with dealers, distributors,
and customers in the assigned region.
- Sales Target Achievement: Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets while ensuring customer
satisfaction.
- Market Expansion: Identify new business opportunities, including expanding the customer base and
exploring new market segments within the construction industry.
- Negotiation & Deal Closing: Lead the negotiation and closure of sales deals, ensuring profitable
transactions for both the company and clients.
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments to
provide insights for product positioning.
- Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and
transactions. Prepare regular reports for management.
**Requirements**:
- **Graduation Mandatory**
- **Experience: 3-5 years** of experience in trade sales, preferably in selling construction-related products such
as adhesives, cement, plaster, or tile concrete.
- Product Knowledge: Solid understanding of construction materials and products, specifically adhesives,
cement, plaster, and tile concrete.
- Strong Sales Skills: Proven ability to develop sales strategies, meet sales targets, and drive business growth
in a competitive environment.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport
with customers and stakeholders.
- Customer Focus: Strong customer orientation and the ability to understand and meet the needs of business
clients.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using CRM systems, MS Office tools, and other sales-related software.
- Education: Graduation in any field; additional sales or business development certifications are a plus.
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
