We seek a dynamic and results-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to join our growing team, focusing on the General Trade channel within the exciting milk industry. This role offers a rewarding opportunity to leverage your expertise in the dairy sector and contribute to the expansion of our brand in the vibrant Mumbai market.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve assigned targets within the General Trade channel (kirana stores, supermarkets, hypermarkets, etc.)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key distributors, wholesalers, and retailers
- Negotiate and secure favourable trade terms and contracts
- Conduct regular market research to identify new business opportunities and trends
- Develop and execute effective marketing campaigns to create brand awareness and drive sales
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions
- Oversee inventory management and ensure product availability throughout the assigned territory
- Participate in trade shows, industry events, and promotional activities
- Prepare and present sales reports and marketing plans to management
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities
- Adhere to company policies and procedures

Qualifications:

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales and marketing within the milk industry, preferably with General Trade exposure
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
