**Job Title**: Modern Trade Sales Executive/Manager

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Account Management**:

- Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts in the modern trade sector.
- Negotiate and secure deals with modern retail chains, supermarkets, and hypermarkets.
- Manage end-to-end operations with accounts, including order processing, deliveries, and resolving any issues that arise.
- **Sales Target Achievement**:

- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by promoting products and ensuring their availability.
- Develop sales strategies to grow market share and drive revenue from modern trade channels.
- **Promotional Planning and Execution**:

- Plan, implement, and monitor in-store promotions and visibility campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team.
- Ensure proper shelf space, merchandising, and product displays that meet company guidelines and branding standards.
- **Market Analysis and Insights**:

- Analyze sales data and market trends to provide insights and recommendations to the management team.
- Conduct competitor analysis to stay updated on market conditions and to identify growth opportunities.
- **Inventory and Supply Chain Management**:

- Coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and adequate stock levels.
- Monitor inventory levels at outlets and ensure there are no stock-outs, overstocking, or expired products.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers, buyers, and category managers to foster brand loyalty.
- Address customer queries, complaints, and feedback to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- **Reporting and Documentation**:

- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, stock availability, promotions, and any issues encountered.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and financial transactions.

**Key Skills Required**:

- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Excellent understanding of the modern trade and retail industry
- Proficiency in data analysis and sales forecasting
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in CRM and ERP systems is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
