Presales Executive

Job Responsibilities:
Convert prospects into customers by show-casing appropriate properties to the prospects matching the investment needs of the prospects.
Use inquiries generated by the marketing team for the above.
Take prospects for site visits in commercial projects, answering all relevant queries in the process.
Responsible for generating sales with project specific enquiries.
Schedule and conduct site visits and regular follow up with the clients till closure.
Create and report Sales MIS Reports.
Set, Plan and Reach Sales Targets
Basic knowledge of working with MS Office and other tools
Determine the gap between clients' needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them
Consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing
Able to coordinate with the Sales team to fix appointments for customers.
Good at escalating calls to the next level in case support is required.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
