The Presale Executive will handle responsibilities such as generating and managing leads, engaging with prospective clients, responding to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), and supporting the sales team in achieving their objectives. Additionally, the candidate will focus on providing exemplary customer service and ensuring a seamless communication process with all potential customers and business stakeholders. Qualifications - Proficiency in Lead Generation to identify and develop prospective business opportunities. - Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and internal teams. - Experience in Sales and handling Requests for Proposals (RFP). - Customer Service skills with a focus on delivering a positive experience for clients. - Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. - Results-oriented, with a proactive approach to achieve targets and deadlines. - Previous experience in the real estate sector would be an advantage.
