Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for the Presales Head located in Chennai. The Presales Head will lead presales activities, including managing and mentoring a team, developing strategies, identifying potential clients, and nurturing leads. The role involves conducting market research, preparing proposals, creating presentations, and working closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve business objectives. The Presales Head will play a critical role in enhancing customer engagement and securing client relationships to drive business growth. Qualifications - Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience guiding a presales or sales team - Proficiency in market research, lead generation, and client relationship management - Exceptional presentation and proposal development skills - Ability to collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align objectives and strategies - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills - Analytical and problem-solving abilities to address client requirements effectively - Prior experience in real estate or property development is preferred - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field; an MBA is a plus
