Job Description Job Description: - Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective clients (7080 calls per day). - Engage with potential customers to understand their requirements and financial capabilities. - Qualify leads and schedule site visits for the sales/relationship management team. - Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified prospects. - Follow up with clients to maintain interest and maximize conversion opportunities. - Support weekend site visit coordination and assist in deal closures. - Maintain accurate records of calls, client interactions, and lead status in CRM systems. Eligibility & Requirements: - Minimum 6 months of experience in Real Estate Presales (mandatory). - Graduates in any discipline. - Target-oriented role with Fixed Salary + Incentives. - Willingness to work on Saturday & Sunday (week off on one weekday). - Leads will be provided by the company. Skills Required: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities. - Honesty and integrity. - Basic knowledge of real estate and local market locations. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
