Position Overview:
As a Key Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in managing and nurturing relationships with our key clients. Your primary responsibilities will include coordinating orders, ensuring timely delivery, overseeing invoicing and payments, and providing excellent customer service to guarantee client satisfaction. You will collaborate closely with internal teams such as warehouse and operations to streamline processes and optimize client experiences.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Client Coordination**:
Act as the primary point of contact for key clients.

Liaise with clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and concerns.

Coordinate order placements, modifications, and cancellations efficiently.

**Order Management**:
Transmit orders accurately and promptly to the warehouse team for packing and dispatch.

Ensure orders are processed in line with client specifications and delivery timelines.

**Delivery Management**:
Collaborate closely with the operations team to ensure timely delivery of orders.

Monitor delivery schedules and address any potential delays proactively.

**Documentation and Invoicing**:
Verify purchase orders (POs), rates, and invoices for accuracy and completeness.

Maintain meticulous records of transactions and client communications.

**Payment Follow-up**:
Follow up with clients for timely payments in adherence to payment terms.

Resolve any payment discrepancies or issues promptly and professionally.

**Quality Assurance**:
Conduct thorough checks on each order to ensure quality standards are met.

Address any client concerns or complaints promptly and effectively.

**Customer Satisfaction**:
Provide exceptional customer service to address client inquiries and resolve issues.

Proactively anticipate client needs and preferences to enhance satisfaction levels.

**Upselling and Relationship Building**:
Identify opportunities for upselling additional products or services to existing clients.

Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred, but not compulsory).
- Experience in a similar role, preferably in key account management or customer service.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using MS Office suite.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,062.77 - ₹30,623.28 per month
