- **Scheduling and Coordination**: Organizing meetings, managing calendars for executives, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintaining and organizing company records, files, and documents, both physical and digital.
- **Financial Administration**: Assisting with budget preparation, expense tracking, invoicing, and basic accounting tasks.
- **Project Support**: Providing administrative support for various projects, including research, report preparation, and follow-up on action items.
- **Human Resources Support**: Assisting in the recruitment process, onboarding new employees, and maintaining employee records.
- **Compliance and Policy Implementation**: Ensuring company policies are followed and assisting with compliance-related tasks.
- **Event Planning**: Organizing company events, meetings, and team-building activities.
- **Problem Solving**: Addressing issues that arise in the office and finding solutions to improve workflow and efficiency.
Pay: ₹9,712.94 - ₹16,000.00 per month
