- Proven experience in sales and marketing roles within the hospitality industry, preferably in resorts.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics, consumer behavior, and industry trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics.
- Leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Flexibility to travel as required.

Profile Brief:

- **Develop Sales Strategies**:

- Create comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue goals and occupancy targets.
- Identify target markets and segments, and tailor sales approaches accordingly.

**Marketing Campaigns**:

- Design and execute marketing campaigns to promote the resort's facilities, services, and special offerings.

**Brand Management**:

- Ensure consistent branding across all communication channels.
- Develop and maintain a positive brand image by highlighting unique selling points and maintaining high-quality standards.

**Partnerships and Collaborations**:

- Identify and establish partnerships with local businesses, travel agencies, and online travel platforms.
- Negotiate and manage relationships with travel influencers to enhance the resort's visibility.

**Event Planning**:

- Coordinate and promote special events, weddings, and corporate functions at the resort.
- Work closely with the events team to ensure seamless execution and guest satisfaction.

**Market Research**:

- Conduct regular market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Utilize insights to adapt strategies and stay ahead in a dynamic market.

**Sales Team Management**:

- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
- Provide training and support to enhance the team's selling skills and product knowledge.

**Budget Management**:

- Develop and manage the sales and marketing budget, ensuring optimal utilization of resources.
- Monitor ROI on marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.

**Customer Relationship Management**:

- Foster and maintain positive relationships with guests, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Implement customer loyalty programs to encourage repeat business.

**Reporting**:

- Prepare regular reports on sales and marketing performance, presenting findings to the executive team.
- Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve results.
