
Hotel / Resort Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced Hotel/Resort Sales Manager who excels in sales strategies, client relations, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will drive banquet and corporate sales, build strong client networks, negotiate effectively, and consistently achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue.
- Drive banquet sales, corporate bookings, and group reservations to meet and exceed targets.
- Maintain strong client relations by building long-term partnerships and delivering exceptional service.
- Identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research.
- Conduct effective negotiations and deal closures while ensuring profitability.
- Prepare and analyze sales reports, forecasts, and market insights for management.
- Collaborate with operations and events teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
- Represent the hotel/resort at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.
Must-Have Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven work experience as a Hotel Sales Manager or Resort Sales Manager.
- Strong understanding of commercial trends, hospitality sales strategies, and revenue management.
- Demonstrated expertise in banquet sales, corporate sales, client negotiations, and networking.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
- Ability to work well under pressure and deliver results within tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in sales reporting, CRM tools, and MS Office applications.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field
