**Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Leadership**:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and occupancy.
- Lead the sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve targets.
- Foster relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and event planners.
- **Administrative Management**:

- Oversee daily resort operations to ensure efficiency and seamless guest experiences.
- Manage reservations, check-ins, and check-outs with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with various departments to maintain high-quality service standards.
- **Customer Relations**:

- Address guest concerns promptly and ensure their needs are met.
- Implement guest feedback to enhance overall satisfaction.
- Cultivate a positive and welcoming atmosphere for guests and staff.
- **Financial Oversight**:

- Monitor budgetary guidelines and control costs to achieve financial objectives.
- Analyze financial reports and implement strategies for revenue growth.
- **Team Development**:

- Recruit, train, and supervise staff to maintain high service standards.
- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.
