**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities:Wedding Planning & Coordination**:

- Work with couples to understand their vision, budget, and preferences for their wedding.
- Develop detailed event timelines, floor plans, and checklists.
- Recommend resort wedding packages and customized event options.
- Coordinate with external vendors (florists, photographers, decorators, musicians, etc.).
- Oversee the setup and execution of ceremonies, receptions, and related events.
- Address any last-minute issues to ensure a seamless event experience.

**Guest & Client Relations**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for couples and their families.
- Conduct venue tours and meetings with potential clients.
- Assist with guest accommodations, special requests, and VIP services.
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance guest satisfaction.

**Resort & Vendor Coordination**:

- Collaborate with resort departments (F&B, housekeeping, catering, etc.) for smooth operations.
- Manage event logistics, including seating arrangements, menu selections, and décor.
- Ensure compliance with resort policies, contracts, and legal requirements.

**Sales & Marketing Support**:

- Promote wedding packages and upsell additional resort services.
- Maintain relationships with wedding industry professionals.
- Attend wedding expos, networking events, and resort promotional activities.
- Update wedding brochures, social media, and online platforms with event highlights.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Experience**: 2+ years in wedding planning, event coordination, or hospitality.
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Event Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple events simultaneously.
- Knowledge of wedding trends, customs, and traditions.
- Proficiency in event planning software and Microsoft Office.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
